To minimize construction and drywall dust and maximize clean, we pay attention to the fine details such as trims, horizontal ledges, baseboards, light fixtures and much more. After we've cleaned every nook and cranny, you just turn the key and you're ready to move in.

Our Post Construction Cleaning Check List:

HALLWAYS - STAIRWELLS

• Dust walls, ceilings, & corners

• Clean light fixtures and bulbs

• Remove paint, drywall mud & debris from doors &hinges

• Vacuum carpet

• Clean hard floors (mopping)

• Clean electrical switches and outlets

• Clean inside of closets, drawers, cabinets & top of shelves

• Remove & dispose of trash

• Remove & dispose of any protective plastic film on floor, windows, appliances, etc

ENTRANCE & EXITS

• Clean doors

• Clean door jams &threshold

• Vacuum & dust inside entryway

• Sweep outside entryway

• Clean threshold

• Clean exterior lights

BEDROOMS - LIVING ROOM - KITCHEN

• Vacuum, dust & clean cabinet doors, tops of cabinets & drawers

• Clean countertops, edges & backsplash

• Clean sink

• Clean excess caulking, adhesives & debris from surfaces

• Clean appliances inside & out. (If present)

• Collect all packaging, owner's manuals, labels and leave on countertop.

• Remove all packaging, plastic & throwaway RESTROOM

• Clean cabinets inside & out

• Clean countertops, edges & backsplash

• Clean sink, mirror, shower, & toilet

• Clean excess caulking, adhesives & debris from surfaces

• Remove all packaging, plastic & throwaway

STANDARD PROCEDURES:

Cleaning will be performed to a maximum height of 12ft above floor. If cleaning is needed for heights above 12ft, a scaffold will need to be provided. If it cannot be provided there will be an additional charge for renting, erecting, and take down of the scaffold.
Additional window, hard floor cleaning, or cleaning beyond the services described above are performed at client's request & billed separately.
When needed, barriers will be used to limit access to area being serviced. Security codes, fobs or access keys will be provided prior to start of work. All supervision, cleaning equipment & supplies will be provided by us.
